The NGL Mycelium is a place of Community.
It is supposed to be an Island of Sanity, similar to the ones that we are gardening in other contexts.
Here all of us can
- find a tribe where we feel heard and understood
- participate in community dialogues
- ask questions: around NGL
- offer answers to questions and get feedback on our answers
- get access to more material around NGL, sources etc
- find the right people to connect with in Pods, for mutual learning, development and support
- share experiences around applying NGL in Coaching/Consulting/Leadership etc and get resonance
- invite to meetings around specific topics
- give the NGL developers feedback for improvement and further creation
- develop NGL Approaches, create adoptions for specific cultural contexts etc and get feedback
- experiment with new offers in a safe brave space
- develop ideas around creating a NGL unit
- co-create processes and culture of the NGL Mycelium Community.
